In the morning, wash with soap and water, or use a cleansing milk if your skin
is particularly dry. Next, tone by pating with cottonwool wrung out in cold water and sprinkled
with a few drops of a mild skin tonic or freshener. For quick cleansing during the day use a
cleansing or complexion milk on cottonwool.
Be sure that your diet contains suffecient fats, particularly butter and milk, and also
vitamins supplied by fresh fruit, green vegestables and salad.
